Weekly guided walks exploring Portland neighborhoods. Routes range 2–5 miles, easy to moderate pace. Includes historical context and urban design insights. No experience needed.

Sunrise and early morning walks (6:30am–7:30am) for establishing daily movement habits and community accountability.

Evening Social
